ReWINEd with the Grammys.

Red carpet stars and fashion arrivals are always a must see on Music’s biggest night. We relaxed with a glass of Crew’s Posh Cuvée 2011 and Cabernet Sauvignon 2008.

While snacking with an Australian sharp white cheddar cheese, we saw if our predications were worthy of the categories of the evening.

A memorable performance of both wine and entertainment!

Posh Cuvée 2011 was voted top ten in Ontario by Natalie Maclean

Posh Cuvée 2011

POSH Cuvée is a unique and tantalizing blend of Chardonnay, Riesling and Gewürztraminer.

The nose exhibits lychee-nut, pear, apple and spice while on the palate this quality blend excites with flavours that match and enhance its alluring bouquet.

It is served best with friends, old and new.

Cabernet Sauvignon 2008

This is a big wine for big foods! Harvested late in 2008, it enjoyed full ripening.

The nose delivers blackberry, black cherry and currant with an enticing edge of bitter chocolate.

Concentrated fruit plays with hints of tobacco and finishes with chewy tannins.

This wine has great potential to age several years in the bottle.

Enjoy with beef, lamb or strong cheeses.
