Every once in a while you need to rise to a challenge. Do something different. Go in blind and set yourself adrift... Our 2020 Fume Blanc is winemaker Ryan Oldridge's such task. On a bet, he took our crisp, citrusy Sauvignon Blanc and placed it into French Oak for 9 months. Just two barrels, just to see. He walked the plank. And didn't just survive - he coasted all the way back to shore!
The end result is a complex white wine with notes of apricot, grapefruit, and fresh flowers laced together with an enticing, smoky mouthfeel.
Pair with Prosciutto, Caprese Salad and dares. Small Lot: 50 cases
