2019 Riesling

This 100% Riesling was created with locally grown, carefully monitored fruit, and offers a bright palate that's refreshing on the warmest of sunny days.  The grapes underwent stainless steel fermentation under diligent watch that was halted when a harmonious balance was achieved, giving way to natural sweetness and acidity working together to form a gulpable, thirst quenching wine. 

With flavours of citrus lime, green apple notes, slight minerality and a backbone of racy acidity, every sip of our 2019 Riesling feels like summer.
