With over 25+ years of international kitchen experience, Chef BJ Turnbull has owned his own restaurant in the Caribbean, worked on private yachts, and worked in local clubs. BJ is originally from the Windsor Essex area and loves being home with his family. His culinary passion extends to creating memorable and eclectic dishes, wine (and beer) pairing snacks, hosting intimate events, and an bringing you the freshest local ingredients and products in his cooking.
